OUR VISION

FOR A 100% CIRCULAR SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY

COVINIL has acquired a strong commitment to develop its business in a responsible and sustainable way.

This commitment is based on the idea of a circular economy, in which Covinil works every day to give value to all its products at the end of their useful life.

In the future, it will be essential to use 100% recyclable plastics that can be recycled for multiple times. We consider BOPET film as the main product because, thanks to technologies such as chemical recycling, it is the only plastic that is 100% recyclable an unlimited number of times. In addition, it can include high content of post-consumer material (PCR) fully approved for food contact.

Using 100% recyclable materials helps to conserve natural resources and reduce gas emissions since these materials can be reprocessed an infinite number of times.

COVINIL carries out different initiatives promoting the responsible use of resources.

We are achieving energy savings thanks to the installation of a solar power self-supply system.
